A local builder/developer i‘ve known since school had purchased the building and at short notice required an experienced building crew to assist in the development. ![]()

Luckily some clients recently postponed building works until after Xmas, and our Recording Studio project has also been delayed, therefore, we were in a position to help. ![]()

– Re-construct the entire 2nd floor loft to meet building regs, convert into self contained apartment. ![]()

– Masonry and timber structural works carried out to each floor throughout the building. ![]()
![]()
– Acoustic / Fire regulated celing works throughout.![]()

– General Renovations and labour provided. ![]()

Project Ongoing 🤓
Began a large loft conversion this week in Redland, Bristol. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️![]()

The guys have been insulating all week in mid 30degs and upwards!! 🥵🥵💪🏻![]()

We are now draft sealed, all materials up to 2nd floor, and the property is now much warmer than before…thank goodness. ![]()
