We were appointed to deliver a comprehensive internal refurbishment to address the widespread damp issues and restore the building to a safe, functional standard.Works were undertaken in line with recommendations from local chartered surveyors, implementing a structured remedial approach to fundamentally eliminate penetrating damp across all levels.
