Clifton Project – Completed 👷🏻‍♂️📆✅Client: University of BristolScope: Full Internal RenovationThe property, utilised for social events by a Bristol-based student society, was identified as being in a significant state of disrepair. We were appointed to deliver a comprehensive internal refurbishment to address the widespread damp issues and restore the building to a safe, functional standard.Works were undertaken in line with recommendations from local chartered surveyors, implementing a structured remedial approach to fundamentally eliminate penetrating damp across all levels.
